Having someone who knows the area is essential when buying or selling a home. I have lived in New England my entire life. Most of those years right here in New Hampshire! I love the changing of the seasons and the charm of small town living while still having access to the city life.

My attention to detail and organizational skills come from my accounting and compliance background. I have a strong sense of community having worked with the Friends of the Library of Windham, the Windham MOM’s Club, and the Windham PTA. My patience and listening skills have been expanded by my own children and the children in the school where I often volunteer.

In addition to helping individuals and families buy or sell their homes, I am familiar with the new construction process as we have had homes built in rural and suburban areas as well as lakefront property. It starts with finding the ideal piece of land, interviewing builders, and designing a home with the help of the right architect to bring your plans to life.

I love meeting new people and strive to gain their trust so that I can help them through one of life’s major events. Finding the perfect home for a client or helping a client sell their current home so they can move on to their next chapter in life, is extremely gratifying.
